Refund Policy
- The manuscript writing or ghostwriting process has already started.
- The client has approved the content, chapters, edits, or final manuscript.
- The eBook design, cover, or formatting has been approved.
- The publishing process has started or files have been submitted to publishing platforms.
- The client has requested multiple revisions after approval.
- The cancellation is due to personal reasons, change of mind, or business decisions unrelated to our service quality.
- The client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days.
- The client provides incomplete information required to complete the project.
- The client violates company policies or project agreements.
- Third-party platform fees, publishing fees, or additional services have already been processed.
Once a project has entered advanced stages including writing, editing, formatting, design approval, or publishing preparation, refund decisions will be reviewed individually by Vylora Publishing management.
Project Account Deactivation
- The client does not respond for more than 14 days without prior notice.
- Required information, content, or approvals are not provided.
- The project remains inactive despite follow-ups from our team.
Intellectual Property Rights
All original content, manuscripts, designs, written materials, and publishing assets created specifically for the client remain subject to the agreed ownership terms after full payment completion. Vylora Publishing respects intellectual property rights and does not claim ownership of client ideas, stories, or original concepts.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information, project details, and required materials.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content before final publishing.
- Clients must ensure submitted materials do not violate copyright or legal regulations.
- Delays caused by missing approvals or information may affect project timelines.
Limitation of Liability
Vylora Publishing provides professional publishing assistance but cannot guarantee specific sales, rankings, reader numbers, or financial results after publication. The success of an eBook depends on various factors including market demand, audience, promotion, competition, and author involvement.
Publishing Platforms & Third Parties
Vylora Publishing may assist clients with digital publishing platforms and distribution channels. However, third-party platforms have their own policies, requirements, fees, and approval processes. Vylora Publishing is not responsible for changes, restrictions, or decisions made by external platforms.
Revisions Policy
Clients are provided revisions according to the selected service package. Revision requests must be submitted during the active project period. Major changes in direction, complete rewrites, or additional services beyond the agreed scope may require additional charges.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be handled according to the legal jurisdiction applicable to Vylora Publishing.
